So following Jordan Patterson’s Column on the Mac App Store some bad news does come along with it. Not supported in the Mac App store when it launches in about a month will be Game Center, which we know a lot of people were looking forward to.

Along with the absence of Game Center there will not be any in app purchases allowed for apps, and that is to bad because that could be huge potential for developers. You never know though, they could add both things in a future update to the store as it get established. Either way there will be some big potential for the developers to make money and it should help a lot of the common consumers to be able to find apps more efficiently.
