Netflix has been working really hard and investing in content to add to their streaming service. Now on some of their applications that rely on streaming hooked into the TV, they are removing the Add to DVD Queue option. This might not seem like a big deal but we know as DVD sales fall that Netflix has to have streaming as their main goal of the future.

We think that streaming is great for Netflix and the more devices that come with the option, the more people will use streaming. Are they ready to ditch the DVD option all together? No way, they have a while in our opinion and then there is still the option to rent Blu Rays which are a newer technology than DVD. This isn’t saying it is the end, but it is defiantly signs of the time.
